Auto controller can automatically adjusts the output of the controller according to the needs of the tension control, to obtain a constant tension or taper tension.It can be divided into the feedback type and calculation type and synchronous tension control type according to the principle of control settlement ,

Calculating type automatic tension controller uses proximity switch, encoder testing machine speed and calculate the volume of material roll , again according to the roll diameter and setted tension to calculate controller the output current (voltage).So as to achieve constant tension or taper tension control, it has no feedback tension and calculating model of tension controller is a kind of open loop control mode of the tension control.
After a roll winding/rewinding process is completed, whether the calculation type controller output roll diameter can be automatically return back to initial roll diameter , the calculation model controller is divided into Full automatic and semi-automatic two kinds.Full Automatic type can be automatically return back to initial roll diameter after the completion of the rolling process , semi-automatic type needs manual operation to revert to the initial roll diameter.

Being a member of the tension controller family produced by True Engin,ST-6400R is the one with function of caculating reel diameter.It will caculate the reel diamater full-automatically or semi-automatically depending on the method of diameter measuring.It has both graphicLCD and LED displays with a friendly user interface as well as innovative design. The controller has output of 0~24v/4Afor direct driving of magnetic powder brake/clutch,and a auxiliary output of 0~10v/0~5v for frequency converter,torque motor/torque motor drive,servo motor/servo motor driver and other actuators.It is an ideal solution for tension control in industries such as paper,packaging,printing,textile printing and dyeing.

3. What’s your MOQ basis?
Normally, we don’t have MOQ request.
4. What about the lead time for production?
Honestly, it depends on the order quantity and the type of our products. For tension controller, load cell and edge position controller which is about 1-3 days. For powder clutch, powder brake which need about 3-5days.
5. What is the term of delivery?
We can arrange with EXW, FOB, CIF…etc. You can choose the most convenient one or cost-effective way.
